About Me

My Therapy Style

My path into this work began with a deep care for people and a sense of

responsibility to make meaningful differences in my small part of the world.

Over time, I’ve developed an awe for the process of therapy: the honesty it requires,

the vulnerability it holds, and the transformation that can emerge from it. Through conversation, genuine compassion, humor, and intuition, I offer clients safety to create

subtle and powerful changes.

I trust the the mind-heart-body connection and can offer mindful, somatic, polyvagal, and Brainspotting approaches on your journey.  My work is informed by relational, intergenerational, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative approaches

Me as a Human

My therapy-dogs-in-training often join our telehealth sessions, bringing peace, love, and fur.

I'm a solo mom (of two), now in a blended family (of eight). I love yoga, journaling, nature, travel, and a great cup of coffee. I struggle to keep my plants alive, but I'm working on being a better plantwitch every day. Books and shiny rocks are friends. I see myself as a shamanic fairy godmother: we'll get you to your happily ever after, but the journey may be an unexpected adventure.  I can't wait to meet you and help you wildly love yourself better and love your life more!
