• What is your availability?​

  • Appointments are Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm.

• Do you offer virtual or in-person appointments?​

  • All of my sessions are HIPAA compliant virtual sessions.​

• What states are you licensed to provide services?​

  • I am licensed to provide therapy in Minnesota and Vermont.​

  • Non-clinical services can be provided globally.

• How often do we meet?​

  • I prefer to see new clients 2 to 4 times a month.​

  • Long-term clients vary in frequency.​

• Do you take my insurance?​

  • I'm credentialed with several major insurance panels, but not all.  While my team works to verify clients' benefits, it is best to call your insurance company directly for information on your particular benefits and out of pocket responsibility.
